These free classes are available to the community at large; to qualify you must:
- Be a resident of Jasper, Lake, LaPorte Newton, Porter or Starke County
- Have household income less than 80% of the area median income for a family of four:
- Jasper County = $47,900 max.
- Lake County = $49,100
- LaPorte County = $46,650
- Newton County = $43,600
- Porter County = $49,100
- Starke County = $42,800
