Homeless Prevention Rapid Re-Housing (HPRP)

Indiana HPRP was designed to provide homeless prevention and assist qualified candidates with rapid re-housing. Housing Opportunities is the central point of entry for all clients who wish to utilize the HPRP program. Housing Opportunities provides the financial oversight of the HPRP program and housing inspections. Basic information is gathered to determine eligibility for the program and then households are assigned to one of the partner agencies.

Partner agencies include Pulaski County Human Services, Citizens Concerned for the Homeless, and Catholic Charities.

At least 65% of the funds designated for this program will be used for rapid re-housing of persons experiencing homelessness.
