These free classes are available to the community at large; to qualify you must:
- Be a resident of Jasper, Lake, LaPorte Newton, Porter or Starke County
- Have household income less than 80% of the area median income for a family of four:
- Jasper County = $52,500 max.
- Lake County = $52,900
- LaPorte County = $48,300
- Newton County = $52,900
- Porter County = $52,900
Pulaski County = $55,200 - Starke County = $42,900
