Low income families may apply to Housing Opportunities for help in purchasing an existing home with a approximate value up to $126,000. To qualify, applicants must meet all of the following criteria:
- Household income may not exceed 80% of the area median income.
- Completion of Homebuyer Education classes (provided free by Housing Opportunities)
- The home must be located in Jasper, Pulaski, LaPorte, Newton, Porter or Starke County
